The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry for St John, as well as grocery stores, shopping, and nightlife in Red Hook. The short walk to Sapphire Bay was a definite plus, and we found it to be the best beach on the island. The private pool was a highlight, as was the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The room was comfortable and just as described in the pictures.

All was fine, no major concerns

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with nice tropical-looking furniture and a ceiling fan that adds to the cozy atmosphere. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities, such as the bottle of rum and the great view from the rooms, enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and adds to the convenience of the stay.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Large and spacious room. Pool was bigger than expected. Villa felt secluded and private. Property was quiet and peaceful. Staff, especially Donett, were helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed my Christmas here. Loved the tranquility and the location- off the beaten path but still convenient to nearby attractions. The pool was very clean and had comfortable seating. The villa was well equipped with modern amenities and the fully outfitted kitchen was especially appreciated.

There were a couple minor things that detracted from the experience- the shower needed a better cleaning before our stay and the lighting in the room could have been brighter. But overall, it was a fantastic vacation that allowed for lots of relaxation and exploring the nearby area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was a stone's throw away from the gorgeous Lindquist Beach, which was by far the best on this island. We also loved the spacious and well-maintained pool which added to our overall delightful experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and extended their warm hospitality throughout our stay. Plus, the large rooms were exactly as depicted in the pictures - clean and comfortable.

Our private villa at Pavilions and Pools was a true hidden gem. The separate units with their own privacy decks and private pools allowed us to enjoy a truly intimate and secluded vacation. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the vibrant Red Hook area. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and slow response from the staff, our overall experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend this unique and peaceful retreat to anyone seeking a private and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Pavilions and Pools was absolutely fantastic! The private villa, patio, and pool provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We were impressed by the amenities and services offered, including the option to use taxi services provided by the front desk. One highlight of our trip was horseback riding with Mr. James at his ranch. He is an amazing person and ensured our safety and enjoyment throughout the experience. Additionally, the money from the horse journey goes towards caring for the horses on the island. We also appreciated the convenient location, with Lindquist Beach just a short walk away. I highly recommend Pavilions and Pools for a wonderful vacation experience.
